Respondents
Forms
Updated September 23, 2010
As most of you know, it takes a village to insure that every production entered in our region has a viable respondent. Once again, I ask that your department supply as many respondent visits as you consume. Respondents should have attended the Respondent Workshops at the Regional Festival, or a similar workshop offered by the State Chair.
The state chairs handle arranging the respondents for Associate productions.
The Region III Response Program Officer (Kerro Knox) handles the respondents for Participating productions. Kerro has access to the DC database and can make any corrections or additions to your entries, such as change or addition of student designer, performance dates entered incorrectly, and so on. You don't have to go through the DC office to change these things; normally they should go to Kerro. One of the biggest errors is entering opening dates incorrectly. Please double check your entries.
If a list for Associate productions in your state is sent out and a show from your school is not on it, please contact your State Chair.
